Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on beef products once they have left our care.
That said, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, including concerns related to quality, packaging, or fulfillment, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Issues reported after this time frame may not be eligible for review.
To help us assess the situation, we may request photos and order details. Each concern will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if an issue is confirmed, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
